Refund policy


Returns and Replacement

All products we offer at Plumeria are made with utmost care and precision. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, a return/replacement request can be made if the customer establishes that the 

  • product delivered is wrong.
  • product delivered has a different color/size.
  • product received is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order and the product received must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need an unboxing video of the parcel and the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the process, you can drop us a mail at support@plumeriadecor.com stating your order ID, readon for return and unboxing video in case of any damage/defect. Alternatively, you can call us or drop us a text on WhatsApp at +91 7217312772.

Our team will assess the issue, and if you qualify for a replacement, we'll arrange for the item to be picked up from your delivery address within 3-5 working days. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship your free replacement.

Returns will only be available if we are unable to provide a replacement. In that case, we’ll arrange for the item to be picked up from your delivery address within 3-5 working days. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellations 

We do not offer a cancellation policy due to the customised nature of our orders.

 

Exchanges

As our products are customized, we do not offer an exchange policy.
