At Plumeria, we offer free shipping on all orders over ₹499.00 across India.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Plumeria is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities.  Delivering of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms. 

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Plumeria, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

The current dispatch time is 7-10 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the delivery location.
